Delete your ValueMate account
This removes your ValueMate account and the data associated with it from both the web app and the mobile app.
Option 1: from the app
On your phone, open ValueMate, tap your account avatar on the Reports screen, choose Delete account, and confirm.
Option 2: by email
Email support@valuemate.ai from the email address on the account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may reply to confirm it is you before we proceed.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in.
- Every report, photo, walkthrough recording, sketch, and workfile you created.
- Your profile.
Access ends immediately. The data is permanently erased 30 days after the request.
What is kept
- Billing and invoice records we are legally required to retain.
- Anything you exported yourself before deleting.
- Reports shared into an organization workspace remain with that organization.
Timeline
- Email requests: we confirm within a few business days.
- Erasure: 30 days after the request.
