As of August 10, 2026, ValueMate Studio has been verified by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to support the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 specifications.
This verification means appraisers can use ValueMate Studio to complete and deliver reports under the redesigned standard. It also marks an important milestone in our work to make the transition to UAD 3.6 simpler for appraisal professionals.
What verification means
ValueMate Studio is now included on Fannie Mae's Integrated Vendor List and Freddie Mac's Software Providers List. Appraisers working in Studio can complete reports that conform to the UAD 3.6 specifications and prepare them for submission through the Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®).
Beginning November 2, 2026, all new appraisal reports submitted to UCDP must conform to the new standard. ValueMate Studio is available today, giving appraisers time to learn the workflow and make the transition before that date.
A redesigned appraisal report
UAD 3.6 introduces a redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report. Instead of maintaining separate reports across 14 legacy forms, the new standard consolidates them into a single, dynamic report.
That change affects much more than the final document. It changes how property information is collected, organized, validated, and delivered. ValueMate Studio was built around that complete workflow rather than treating UAD 3.6 as another form added to legacy software.
